  3. Set Manpower Allocations for [A]ll
  4.    Planets : Lets you change the
  5.    percentage of workers in Industry
  6.    and Technology for ALL planets with
  7.    just one command.

  9. [C]hange the Name of a Planet : Changes
  10.    the name of a planet of your choice,
  11.    as long as you own it.

  13. List Planets by [E]mpire : Lists one or
  14.    all empires and the planets that
  15.    they control.

  17. [F]ind Planet : Gives you the location
  18.    of any planet.

  20. Increase [I]ndustry Level of a Planet :
  21.    Spends Industry Units to increase
  22.    the Industry Level of any planet you
  23.    own.

  25. [L]ist Planets : Lists all 200 planets,
  26.    their names, and owners.
