- ^\0BProtection^\07:Each player gets many turns of protection to build up an empire
- without being attacked by other empires. Use these turns wisely!
- You can build a large empire with many planets, and then when you
- are nearly out of protection, you can build a military.

- ^\0BTreaties^\07: Free Trade gives both empires a little extra money
- Neutrality for at least 1 turn prevents an attack
- The others give you mutual military defense

- ^\0BPlanets^\07: Planets are the main part of the game at the beginning;
- you need to build as many planets as possible. ^\05Tourism^\07,
- ^\05Ore^\07, and ^\05Petroleum^\07 produce money; ^\05Urban^\07 and ^\05Education^\07 attract
- people to your empire; ^\05Food^\07 produces food for your people and
- army. Each planet costs 10000 credits to maintain each turn.

- are offensive; ^\05Defense Stations^\07 are defensive; ^\05Cruisers^\07 are

- required for attacking with soldiers. ^\05Carriers^\07 are required
- for attacking with fighters.
