  9.   Help              Displays this help information.

  11.   List Accounts     Allows you to view a brief listing of other user accounts.
  12.                     This is good for obtaining the spelling of a user name in
  13.                     case you'd like to use the Transfer Time feature.
  14.  
  15.   Deposit Time      Allows you to deposit time into your account for use at a
  16.                     later date.  The Sysop defines how much time a user may
  17.                     deposit per day.  If you attempt to exceed this amount,
  18.                     RATS will tell you about it.
  19.  
  20.                     Also, you may not deposit your full time remaining balance.
  21.                     You may deposit all but 5 minutes of your online time or
  22.                     until maximum defined deposit is reached (whichever comes
  23.                     first).

  25.   Withdraw Time     Allows you to withdraw time from your account.  The Sysop
  26.                     defines how much time a user may withdraw per day.  If you
  27.                     attempt to withdraw more than this amount, RATS will tell
  28.                     you about it.

  30.                     Also, you may not withdraw an amount of time that would
  31.                     allow you to over-step an upcoming System Event.  RATS
  32.                     will keep track of this as well.

  35.   Transfer Time     Allows you to transfer time from your account to another
  36.                     user's account.  This time is drawn out of your current
  37.                     balance, NOT your online time remaining.  The Sysop defines
  38.                     how much time you can transfer per day.

  40.                     Any user who has time transferred to their account, will
  41.                     receive a brief message the next time they logon informing
  42.                     them who transferred the time, and how much time was
  43.                     transferred.

  45.   Deposit K-bytes   Allows you to deposit kilobytes for use at a later date.
  46.                     If the maximum depositable k-bytes are defined at 200,
  47.                     and you have not already downloaded any of this K, then
  48.                     200 k-bytes will be available for deposit.  If you have
  49.                     already downloaded some kilobytes, then the maximum that
  50.                     you can deposit will be the maximum defined value minus
  51.                     the number of kilobytes you have already downloaded on
  52.                     that day.

  54.   Withdraw K-bytes  Allows you to withdraw kilobytes that were previously
  55.                     saved.

  57.   Transfer K-Bytes  Allows you to transfer bytes from your account to another
  58.                     user's account.  K-Bytes are drawn out of your current
  59.                     balance, so you must havve K-Bytes stored in the bank.
  60.                     The Sysop defines how much time you can transfer per day.

  63.                     receive a brief message the next time they logon informing
  64.                     them who transferred the bytes, and how many K-Bytes were
  65.                     transferred.

  67.   Purchase K-bytes  Allows you to purchase kilobytes with time you have
  68.                     previously banked.  The exchange rate and daily number
  69.                     of K-bytes you can purchase in a day are defined by the
  70.                     Sysop.

  73.                     seven days.
