  This is user supported shareware. It is not free software. It is
copyrighted material. You are granted limited license to use it on a
trial basis. After such a trial, if you do not like it, please delete
everything, or give it to a friend and accept my thanks for giving a try.
However, if you find it useful and and want to use it to either
generate/fill forms or create form packages for others to use, you must
register and pay a registration fee.
  You may copy and distributed it freely as long as the COMPLETE package
is distributed without any modifications or additions. You may charge a
fee (not exceeding $10) for shipping and handling but should not let a
user to feel that he/she has paid for the program.
  To register, send me
  a) $20 for registration only, or
  b) $35 for registration and receive the most up-to-date version of the
     program and the form pool, a transparency grid (used to locate the
     entry positions on a preprinted form), one year free upgrade of the
     program and the form pool (read FORMPOOL.TXT for details, and a
     nicely printed user's manual (when it is ready).
