Between them, they offer fewer than 1,500 places - [ITAL]on the one hand, that's not very many considering the student numbers, although, on the other hand, not so bad considering the number of mature students who're not 'halls types', and the high proportion of locals.[EITAL] What's more, 10% have to share and it sure ain't mixed couples, although none of the halls are single sex. As for facilities, there's 1 kitchen for every 15 students, although there's also a variety of other amenities usually including TV, games and common rooms and even sewing/hair dressing rooms.
