  11. To install, 
  12.  1) Unzip "active.zip" to a temporary directory, then 
  13.  2) Run "setup.exe" from Windows Explorer, or from the 
  14. "Run..." dialog on the Task bar's Start Menu.

  16. You must be using Windows 95 or Windows 98 or Windows 2000 or 
  17. Windows NT.
  18.  
  19. Click the ActiveMarks 1.1 shortcut in the AAS ActiveMarks 
  20. Program Group to run the utility after installation. The 
  21. bookmarks read by the application will be opened by the
  22. browser associated with hypertext protocol file types.
