- The SysX View Window allows any SysX Data to be viewed in both hexidecimal
- and character formats. The window is divided into three columns. The first
- column indicates the position in the data (in hexidecimal). The second
- column displays 16 bytes of SysX data in hex format. The final column shows
- the same data in character format.
- The Window is designed so that making the window smaller than a full
- screen will cause all of the text in the window to disappear. It can be
- redisplayed by widening the window.
- The currents contents of the window is controlled by the two arrows on the
- right hand side of the window as well as the SysX View menu with its
- keyboard equivalents. The menu options (SysX View 2) are as follows:
- Data File to MIDI... - send the data to MIDI
- Data File to Edit... - open a window to edit the data
- Move to Top... - move to the top of the data file
- Move to Middle... - move to the middle of the data file
- Move to Bottom... - move to the bottom of the data file
- Advance Voice Size - advance by the size of the voice in the bank
- Backup Voice Size - backup by the size of the voice in the bank
- Up Page - move up a page - same as the up arrow
- Down Page - move down a page - same as the down arrow
- To move the data file into a data base, click the mouse button in the
- window, drag the mouse over a data base window and release the button.
