- The Library Window will hold a list of one type of data file. This window
- is ideal for keeping a collection of the sounds or patches for an instrument.
- Sound types can be selected based on a number of different criteria. A
- Library Window is opened by selecting 'Open Library from Disk' from the
- 'Tools' Menu. A directory listing is provided to load the library from disk.
- To create a new Library select a driver in the Driver List and select 'New
- Lib..'.

- Three icons in the window are: MIDI - send the currently selected file out
- to MIDI; EDIT - load the file into an editing window (if available); and
- MIDI.IN - to load the data from the instrument into the Library. Additional
- functions are found in the 'Library' Menu:
- Load Data from Disk - Move a data file from disk into the data base.
- Clear - delete the selected data file from the data base.
- Save Data to Disk - save the selected data file to disk.
- Open SysX View - open a SysX View Window with the selected data file.
- Open Edit - open an Edit Window (if available) with the selected data file.
- Select... - select a range of patches using the selection criteria
- Mix All - create and new library of 32 patches using the selected patches
- Build Bank - create a new bank and put all selected patches in it.
- Sort - by Name, Keys, or Comments.

- To move a file between libraries, hold down SHIFT (PC CNTRL) and ALT,
- select the data file to move and drag the mouse over the destination Library
- and release the button, the data file will be moved. Use 'Save' or 'Save As...'
- for the Files Menu to same the Library.
