  26.   ETC file viewer utility within THE INTEGRAL SCIENTIST.

  71.   The Integral Scientist is a copyrighted program protected by U.S. and
  72.   international copyright law.  If you obtained The Integral Scientist
  73.   from an on-line computer service or bulletin board, a friend or
  74.   colleague, or purchased a distribution disk from a shareware vendor or
  75.   other similar source, you have an unregistered (trial) copy.  You are
  76.   authorized to use this copy without charge for a reasonable period of
  77.   time under the terms of The Integral Scientist license agreement.
  78.   After an evaluation period, you must register and pay for The Integral
  79.   Scientist if you continue using it.

  81.   This method of distribution is known as shareware.  It allows you to
  82.   determine whether The Integral Scientist meets your needs before you
  83.   pay for it and permits Integral Scientific Software to distribute the
  84.   program and market it a a very low cost to you, the user.  High
  85.   advertising costs, fancy packaging expenses and dealer mark-ups are
  86.   avoided.  The result is a bargain in quality software.

  90.   The registration fee for a single copy of The Integral Scientist is $50.
  91.   Payment of this fee entitles you to:

  93.   * A disk with the latest version of The Integral Scientist, registered
  94.     to you.

  96.   * One copy of the printed and bound Integral Scientist manual.

  98.   * A free upgrade to the next version of The Integral Scientist.
  99.     Future upgrades will be available for down-loading from a variety of
  100.     sources. If you wish to receive your upgrade directly from Integral
  101.     Scientific Software there will be a minimal processing charge of $5,
  102.     including shipping.

  114.   This summary is intended to explain the provisions of the license without
  115.   the mumbo-jumbo & lawyer-speak required of the actual license.

  117.   I : COPYRIGHT : The Integral Scientist program, and all its files and
  118.   documentation are Copyright David M. Trump and Integral Scientific
  119.   Software, 1988 - 1991, or are distributed under license to Integral
  120.   Scientific Software.

  122.   II : DEFINITIONS : The Integral Scientist exists as "shareware" or as a
  123.   "licensed" copy. If you have not registered with Integral Scientific
  124.   Software, then you are using the "shareware" version.

  129.   III : SHAREWARE COPIES : Shareware copies of ISE are distributed to allow
  130.   you to try the program before you pay for it.  You may use a shareware
  131.   version for a reasonable period in order to evaluate the program to
  132.   determine if you wish to continue using it.

  134.   IV : LICENSED COPIES : Licensed copies of ISE are copies installed
  135.   according to special instructions on a license certificate supplied to
  136.   those who have purchased a user license.

  138.   V : USE OF 1 COPY ON 2 COMPUTERS : We believe that once you have paid
  139.   a registration you should not be expected to pay again for your use of
  140.   the program on a different computer. Therefore if you are the licensed
  141.   user of a registered copy of The Integral Scientist, you may install it
  142.   on two computers of which you are the primary user.

  144.   VI : USE ON NETWORKS OR MULTIPLE SYSTEMS : Use on a network requires a
  145.   special negotiated license.
