  21. The `home' of DVIPS is currently LABREA.STANFORD.EDU, on the /pub directory.
  22. When you unpack the .TAR file you'll have a [.VMS] directory which stores the
  23. VMS-specific bits and pieces. It includes a MAKE.COM to rebuild the whole kit
  24. and a help file. I have recently added to the goodies a MAKEFILE that is
  25. compatible with the Todd Aven MAKE program. Which ever method you use to
  26. rebuild the program do be careful with the definitions of the various PATHS
  27. (CONFIGPATH, FIGPATH, PKPATH, VF_PATH, etc..) to make sure DVIPS can find all
  28. the files it depends on.

  34. The latest version is 5.499 which was released on 19-JAN-1992. Version 5.5
  35. is just around the corner.
