  13. I am looking for advice regarding transfer of music to conventional
  14. audio CD.   I would be grateful for any *E-MAIL* responses, as our newsfeed
  15. is still broken!  (Naturally, I will post a summary of replies in case anyone
  16. else is interested).

  18. The source material is still on multi-track, I will be mixing down next
  19. week.  Am I correct in assuming that the DAT master should be recorded
  20. at 44.1kHz and not at the more usual 48kHz?  What sort of test tones will
  21. be expected to be on the DAT?  Would the transfer to CD use the ID markers
  22. on the DAT to build an index, or is this a separate process?

  24. Can anyone recommend specific CD mastering and pressing plants?  How much
  25. should it cost (say, pressing runs of 200)?
