  13. is.)  There's a new echo here; Tri_Radio.  Not a lot of traffic so far,
  14. but useful.

  18. I'm playing with a gadget I got from William Nolle (from the 
  19. Shortwave echo) that decodes weather faxes and displays them
  20. on your computer screen.  It only works for me *very* occasionally,
  21. and I figure I need to log a lot more fiddling time with it before
  22. I get it down.  It's relatively fun.
