  24. discuss other topics.
  25.    Subjects such as abortion, rape and evolution tend to degenerate into
  26. flame wars. So the talk hierarchy is designed to give people who want to
  27. talk about those subjects a place to go. There is a real need for the talk
  28. groups. Experience will show that it isn't 'good' to talk about rape in
  29. other groups.

  31.    Most people who post here are genuinely interested in stopping or reducing
  32. rape. But, like war, those who talk about the subject tend to disagree
  33. strongly with each other's views, and belive that those views actually
  34. increase te problem. So we have flame wars.
