- Nope, this is incorrect. Not only was Baltimore present at one or more
- meetings at which O'Toole made her case in detail, he continued to
- fight her even after Congress got into the act. He called for the
- support of scientists (*and got it!*) after the Dingell hearings were
- called.

- I think the record is pretty clear that Baltimore *knew* the fraud had
- occurred yet continued to try to prevent it from being made public. Again,
- I recommend Bell's book, _Impure Science_.
