  18. Your accuracy is astounding.  It was a December 1991 Gallup poll, in which
  19. 47% of Americans agreed with the statement that "Man was created pretty
  20. much in his present form about 10,000 years ago."  This places an upper
  21. limit on young-earth creationists at 47%, but even this is doubtful
  22. because of the poor wording of the statement.
