- Your accuracy is astounding. It was a December 1991 Gallup poll, in which
- 47% of Americans agreed with the statement that "Man was created pretty
- much in his present form about 10,000 years ago." This places an upper
- limit on young-earth creationists at 47%, but even this is doubtful
- because of the poor wording of the statement.
