  13. How are you?  I am fine, except for a nasty chest cold that won't go
  14. away.  No matter how hard I try to take care of myself, it seems like
  15. every winter I get good and sick at least once.

  17. I read the articles you posted.  Well, actually, I didn't read all of
  18. them.  Please don't take this wrong, but you seem a little bored
  19. lately.  Is everything okay?

  21. Did you get the last article I sent?  The one titled "Best Enemies?"
  22. If not, it should be arriving soon.  I hope you like it, but I won't
  23. be surprised or disappointed if you don't.  I never could dream up
  24. exciting, interesting stories out of the clear blue.  All I can do is
  25. tell you about stuff that happened to me.  I always have a hard time
  26. writing about personal stuff without getting sentimental.  Oh, well.
  27. No matter how maudlin my stories are, they're still better than my
  28. attempts at being clever.
