- Your opinion, since I have some personal knowledge of 'physically
- handicapped', my opinion is that anyone who *knowingly* brings a
- physically handicapped child into this world should be publicly
- horse-whipped. But then, if you have no first hand experience,
- I suppose it is easy to think that such a life is a worthwhile
- experience - it builds character don't you know.
