  23. For what it's worth, though I am vehemently pro-life, it is my belief 
  24. that these very vocal protests by religious groups are counter-productive.
  25. I don't think that we can convince anybody abortion is wrong by 
  26. hurling religious reasoning at them, and we ESPECIALLY cannot convince
  27. anybody that abortion should be illegal in this manner.

  29. In their defense, you have to understand they are trying to save lives,
  30. and it is easy to get overwrought and emotional in the face of this
  31. slaughter of babies.
