  25. Hmm.  I gotta wonder just what part Mr. Holtsinger figures is cheap
  26. emotionalism.  Is the seizing of a human being's rights in favor of a
  27. perhaps-but-we-aren't sure somehow an incorrect assessment of the 
  28. situation?  That someone would reduce a living breathing human-with-
  29. human-rights to something less -- is that a *misrepresentation* of what
  30. is being proposed?

  32. I'm not exactly sure what language would please Mr. Holtsinger (not that
  33. I really want to know) when used to express the incredible unbelieveable
  34. injustice of making a human something less than a human.  After all, there
  35. is *no question* with regard to the woman.
