  29. More liberal ignorance.  Slavery is NOT supported by the Bible,
  30. and it was evangelical Christianity which played the major part 
  31. in organizing the abolitionist movement -- because American 
  32. slavery was based on essentially anti-Christian ideas about 
  33. racial inequality.
