  43. This still has loop holes (in fact comes rather near to a no-win situation)

  45. You then create a situation where someone can attempt to get out of the tax
  46. by claiming to have been raped.

  48. Also what about where the pregancy is a result of deliberate sabortage of 
  49. contraceptive devices, caused by either of the participents or a third party.
  50. (false claims that an oral contraceptive had been taken also)

  52. And also you have assumed that in a rape it MUST be the male who has commited
  53. the rape.
