  23. Due to privacy requirements, they will not release any information
  24. about a particular person listed in the 1930 or later censuses, unless
  25. you provide either proof of death, or a consent form signed by
  26. that person.  I.e., to get a listing of an entire family, you need to
  27. have either proofs of death, or consent forms for every person listed.
