  22. Jury and the House provides for the prosecution] of, treason, bribery, or other
  23. high crimes and misdemeanors."

  25.      President Andrew Johnson was impeached by the House of Representatives,
  26. tried by the House of Representative before the Senate.  The Senate found him
  27. not guilty by one vote.

  29.      May I suggest reading "Profiles in Courage", by John F. Kennedy (who later
  30. became President).  This is a collection of short stories, one of which is
  31. about Senator Ross [?], who provided the deciding not guilty vote.
