- I will not begin a diatribe against the ridiculous habit of symbolists to
- define every shape in terms of sexual organs. "Phallocentric," indeed.

- I will, however, merely inform you that the term "right-side-up" is a
- commonly used phrase to describe a triangle resting on its base, and I use
- the phrase because (a) it fits my conceptual framework to think of a
- triangle which could support itself (i.e., base down rather than point)
- structurally as being of an original orientation, and (b) people know that I
- mean "pointing up" when I use that phrase.
