  17. Its not a matter of being a heathen - its a matter of ruining the tea!
  18. If you put the milk in first, it acts as a buffer; but if you put it in
  19. afterwards, it causes the tea to 'precipitate'. In other words, milk in
  20. afterwards spoils the tea.

  23. white tea' and leaves the tea of the 'noes' black!
