  15. The vote must be by email.  Votes posted in the newsgroup do not
  16. count.  If you use the "rn" newsreader you can email your vote by
  17. using the "r" or "R" reply command.  Be sure to put the appropriate
  18. words in your reply.  The original CFV included instructions.
