  12.      Although the following article is on the subject of religious studies, it
  13. illustrates some important facts about the Universe:
  14.  
  15.      (1) The physical universe is ONLY the LOWEST of at least a DOZEN major
  16. levels of existence.
  17.  
  18.      (2) Certain phenomena which seem to have no physical origin result from
  19. INTERACTIONS between the physical universe and HIGHER LEVELS.
  20.  
  21.      (3) It is possible for INDIVIDUALS to PERSONALLY explore the Universe,
  22. including our Solar System, using forms of "SOUL TRAVEL".  Some of these forms
  23. are also known as "out-of-body travel" and "Astral projection".  [This is
  24. DANGEROUS without the protection of a Perfect Living Master as described
  25. below.]

  28.                       THE DIVINE MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE
  29.       
  30.                Most Christians would agree, and correctly so, that 
  31.           Jesus Christ was a perfect living Master, and a projection of 
  32.           God into the physical world, God Incarnate. 
  33.           
  34.                But there are some very important related facts that 
  35.           Christians are COMPLETELY IGNORANT of, as are followers of 
  36.           most other world religions. 
  37.            
  38.                First, Jesus Christ was NOT unique, John 3:16 NOTWITH-
  39.           STANDING.  There is ALWAYS at least one such perfect living 
  40.           Master (God Incarnate) PHYSICALLY ALIVE in this world AT ALL 
  41.           TIMES, a continuous succession THROUGHOUT HISTORY, both 
  42.           before and after the life of Jesus. 
  43.     
  44.                The followers of some of these Masters founded the 
  45.           world's major religions, usually PERVERTING the teachings of 
  46.           their Master in the process.  Christians, for example, added 
  47.           THREATS of "ETERNAL DAMNATION" in Hell, and DELETED the 
  48.           teaching of REincarnation. 
  49.        
  50.                Secondly, and more importantly, after a particular 
  51.           Master physically dies and leaves this world, there is 
  52.           NOTHING that He can do for ANYbody except for the relatively 
  53.           few people that He INITIATED while He was still physically 
  54.           alive.  (That is simply the way God set things up in the 
  55.           Universes.) 
  56.  
  57.                Therefore, all those Christians who worship Jesus, and 
  58.           pray to Jesus, and expect Jesus to return and save them from 
  59.           their sins, are only KIDDING THEMSELVES, and have allowed 
  60.           themselves to be DUPED by a religion that was mostly 
  61.           MANUFACTURED by the Romans. 
  62.       
  63.                And emotional "feelings" are a TOTALLY DECEIVING 
  64.           indicator for religious validity. 
  65.     
  66.                These things are similarly true for followers of most 
  67.           other major world religions, including Islam. 
  68.      
  69.                Thirdly, the primary function of each Master is to tune 
  70.           His Initiates into the "AUDIBLE LIFE STREAM" or "SOUND 
  71.           CURRENT", (referred to as "THE WORD" in John 1:1-5, and as 
  72.           "The River of Life" in Revelation 22:1), and to personally 
  73.           guide each of them thru the upper levels of Heaven while they 
  74.           are still connected to their living physical bodies by a 
  75.           "silver cord". 
  76.     
  77.                True Salvation, which completes a Soul's cycles of 
  78.           REincarnation in the physical and psychic planes, is achieved 
  79.           only by reaching at least the "SOUL PLANE", which is five 
  80.           levels or universes above the physical universe, and this 
  81.           canNOT be done without the help of a Perfect LIVING Master. 
  82.     
  83.                One such perfect Master alive today is an American, Sri 
  84.           Harold Klemp, the Living "Eck" Master or "Mahanta" for the 
  85.           "Eckankar" organization, now headquartered in Minneapolis, 
  86.           (P.O. Box 27300;  zip 55427). 
  87.     
  88.                Another perfect living Master is Maharaj Gurinder Singh 
  89.           Ji, now living in Punjab, India, and is associated with the 
  90.           "Sant Mat" organization. 
  91.       
  92.                One of the classic books on this subject is "THE PATH OF 
  93.           THE MASTERS" (Radha Soami Books, P.O. Box 242, Gardena, CA  
  94.           90247), written in 1939 by Dr. Julian Johnson, a theologian 
  95.           and surgeon who spent the last years of his life in India 
  96.           studying under and closely observing the Sant Mat Master of 
  97.           that time, Maharaj Sawan Singh Ji. 
  98.     
  99.                Several of the Eckankar books, including some authored 
  100.           by Sri Paul Twitchell or Sri Harold Klemp, can be found in 
  101.           most public and university libraries and some book stores, or 
  102.           obtained thru inter-library loan.  The book "ECKANKAR--THE 
  103.           KEY TO SECRET WORLDS", by Sri Paul Twitchell, is ANOTHER 
  104.           classic. 
  105.     
  106.                Many Christians are likely to confuse the Masters with 
  107.           the "Anti-Christ", which is or was to be a temporary world 
  108.           dictator during the so-called "last days".  But the Masters 
  109.           don't ever rule, even when asked or expected to do so as 
  110.           Jesus was. 
  111.     
  112.                People who continue following Christianity, Islam, or 
  113.           other orthodox religions with a physically DEAD Master, will 
  114.           CONTINUE on their cycles of REincarnation, between the 
  115.           psychic planes and this MISERABLE physical world, until they 
  116.           finally WISE UP!

  120.           RE-INCARNATION
  121.           
  122.                The book "HERE AND HEREAFTER", by Ruth Montgomery, 
  123.           describes several kinds of evidence supporting REincarnation 
  124.           as a FACT OF LIFE, including HYPNOTIC REGRESSIONS to past 
  125.           lives, SPONTANEOUS RECALL (especially by young children, some 
  126.           of whom can identify their most recent previous relatives, 
  127.           homes, possessions, etc.), DREAM RECALL of past life experi-
  128.           ences, DEJA VU (familiarity with a far off land while travel-
  129.           ing there for the first time on vacation), the psychic read-
  130.           ings of the late EDGAR CAYCE, and EVEN SUPPORTING STATEMENTS 
  131.           FROM THE CHRISTIAN BIBLE including Matthew 17:11-13 (John the 
  132.           Baptist was the REINCARNATION of Elias.) and John 9:1-2 (How 
  133.           can a person POSSIBLY sin before he is born, unless he LIVED 
  134.           BEFORE?!).  [ ALWAYS use the "KING JAMES VERSION".  Later 
  135.           versions are PER-VERSIONS! ]  Strong INTERESTS, innate 
  136.           TALENTS, strong PHOBIAS, etc., typically originate from a 
  137.           person's PAST LIVES.  For example, a strong fear of swimming 
  138.           in or traveling over water usually results from having 
  139.           DROWNED at the end of a PREVIOUS LIFE.  And sometimes a 
  140.           person will take AN IMMEDIATE DISLIKE to another person being 
  141.           met for the first time, because of a bad encounter with him 
  142.           during a PREVIOUS INCARNATION.

  144.                The teaching of REincarnation also includes the LAW OF 
  145.           KARMA (Galatians 6:7, Revelation 13:10, etc.).  People would 
  146.           behave much better toward each other if they knew that their 
  147.           actions in the present will surely be reaped by them in the 
  148.           future, or in a FUTURE INCARNATION!

  152.           "2nd COMINGS"
  153.  
  154.                If a Perfect Living Master physically dies ("trans-
  155.           lates") before a particular Initiate of His does, then when 
  156.           that Initiate physically dies ("translates"), the Master will 
  157.           meet him on the Astral level and take him directly to the 
  158.           Soul Plane.  This is the ONE AND ONLY correct meaning of a 
  159.           2nd Coming.  It is an INDIVIDUAL experience, NOT something 
  160.           that happens for everyone all at once.  People who are still 
  161.           waiting for Jesus' "2nd Coming" are WAITING IN VAIN.

  165.           PLANES OF EXISTENCE
  166.  
  167.                The physical universe is the LOWEST of AT LEAST a DOZEN 
  168.           major levels of existence.  Above the Physical Plane is the 
  169.           Astral Plane, the Causal Plane, the Mental Plane, the Etheric 
  170.           Plane (often counted as the upper part of the Mental Plane), 
  171.           the Soul Plane, and several higher Spiritual Planes.  The 
  172.           Soul Plane is the FIRST TRUE HEAVEN, (counting upward from 
  173.           the Physical).  The planes between (but NOT including) the 
  174.           Physical and Soul Planes are called the Psychic Planes. 
  175.     
  176.                It is likely that ESP, telepathy, astrological 
  177.           influences, radionic effects, biological transmutations [See 
  178.           the 1972 book with that title.], and other phenomena without 
  179.           an apparent physical origin, result from INTERACTIONS between 
  180.           the Psychic Planes and the Physical Plane. 
  181.     
  182.                The major planes are also SUB-DIVIDED.  For example, a 
  183.           sub-plane of the Astral Plane is called "Hades", and the 
  184.           Christian Hell occupies a SMALL part of it, created there 
  185.           LESS THAN 2000 YEARS AGO by the EARLY CATHOLIC CHURCH by some 
  186.           kind of black magic or by simply teaching its existence in a 
  187.           THREATENING manner.  The Christian "Heaven" is located 
  188.           elsewhere on the Astral Plane.  Good Christians will go there 
  189.           for a short while and then REincarnate back to Earth.

  193.           SOUND CURRENT vs. BLIND FAITH
  194.  
  195.                The Christian religion demands of its followers an 
  196.           extraordinary amount of BLIND FAITH backed up by little more 
  197.           than GOOD FEELING (which is TOTALLY DECEIVING). 
  198.        
  199.                If a person is not HEARING some form of the "SOUND 
  200.           CURRENT" ("THE WORD", "THE BANI", "THE AUDIBLE LIFE STREAM"), 
  201.           then his cycles of REINCARNATION in this MISERABLE world WILL 
  202.           CONTINUE. 
  203.     
  204.                The "SOUND CURRENT" manifests differently for different 
  205.           Initiates, and can sound like a rushing wind, ocean waves on 
  206.           the sea shore, buzzing bees, higher-pitched buzzing sound, a 
  207.           flute, various heavenly music, or other sounds.  In Eckankar, 
  208.           Members start hearing it near the end of their first year as 
  209.           a Member.  This and other experiences (such as "SOUL TRAVEL") 
  210.           REPLACE blind faith.

  215.           IMPORTANT Information is ENCOURAGED.
