  12. There is a parallel between Zoe Baird's fitness for Attorney General and
  13. Bass's and Sawyer's fitness to be objective moderators. There is also,
  14. as the late David Bohm would say, a "significant difference" in that Ms
  15. Baird has publically apologized for her breaking the law she would be asked
  16. to enforce. At the moment, the fact is that these would-be moderators have
  17. put themselves "above the law".
