  11. My 13-year-old son has just been diagnosed with ADD (Attention Deficit
  12. Disorder) -- or as precise as a diagnosis of this can be.  The
  13. next recommended step is to treat him with Ritalin.  I'd be very
  14. interested in anyone's experience with or knowledge about treating
  15. adolescents with Ritalin (short-term and long-term effects) and
  16. any insight to ADD and its diagnosis that you might have.  It seems
  17. like the diagnosis is almost a "best-guess" determination.
