- A low-fat high carbohydrate diet lowers HDL. Grape seed oil and
- booze (2 drinks per day ) will push it up but just moving a number
- doesn't mean much -its the cholesterol\HDL ratio that matters.
- Trigly up to 400 are not much of a worry. When theyear 1000
- there is danger of pancreatitis. You should walk for 20 mins 3 or
- 4 times a week. It is the CONTINOUS 20 mins. that counts. Stop and
