  14. you were right not to go on medication. The fewer medications the
  15. better. To keep your blood pressure down, walk a mile every other day,
  16. eat 3\4 portions of whatever you eat, eat meat 2-3x per week (preferably
  17. turkey or chicken breast ), use Benson's relaxation response, and try
  18. not to become enraged by the rotteness of the world. I speak from
  19. personal and professional experience.
