- you were right not to go on medication. The fewer medications the
- better. To keep your blood pressure down, walk a mile every other day,
- eat 3\4 portions of whatever you eat, eat meat 2-3x per week (preferably
- turkey or chicken breast ), use Benson's relaxation response, and try
- not to become enraged by the rotteness of the world. I speak from
- personal and professional experience.
