- That's just off the top of my head.
- Maths is not just calculus.
- By the way, as soon as I finish my degree (BSc Maths with Computer
- Science) I start a research assistantship working with engineers and
- medics. They're using number theory to model certain properties of the
- human ear. Trouble is, all the maths they know is calculus (+ a little
- stats). I got the job because I was NOT an engineer.
