  27. BTW, has anyone wondered about the Clinton regiem plans for a 
  28. blanket energy tax?  Why, if they want to encourage folks to move
  29. away from imported oil, are the proposing to impose an energy tax
  30. that is 'uniform' across al energy forms?  {nuke, natrual gas, coal,
  31. oil, hydro, wind, the works ...}  Hardly seems like a Democratic
  32. approach to not tinker with the 'economic incentives' while imposing
  33. an economy flattening tax ...
