  19.   Yes, exactly so. Which is why it's foolhardy to fuss with the market. 
  20. The best alternative is to remove oil SUBSIDIES, which were contrived for 
  21. domestic producers, and which just enrich OPEC guys. Let alternative fuels 
  22. develop on a level playing field, and at the same time exact a cost for 
  23. pollution.
