  14.    I developed a new type of product that I would like to make a 
  15. patent search on. Can I do this myself or do I have to hire some
  16. big expensive atorney to do this. And also how different must an
  17. electronic device be to be unique from a patented one. For example
  18. does designing a device that does the same thing but using different
  19. circuitry designs qualify as a unique product that can be patented?
