  11. What is this 100H640 device? It is a 28-pin PLCC made by Motorola.
  12. I know it's some kind of ECL chip, but I can't find it in the Motorola
  13. ECL book (which is a few years old though).
  14. A description of what it is would be very appreciated, and a pinout would
  15. be even better (I won't complain if I get both, of course :-).
