- There is the OPAL JR available from National Semiconductor FREE. It is
- a demo version of their much larger commerical package. You get a
- demo program + utilities to convert equation <-> JEDEC.
-
- There is PLDSHell+ from Intel FREE. It is a full blown package that
- does equations, truth tables, state machines and simulations. I haven't
- try it with PAL chips. (It does support their PLD's that are supersets
- of common 20 - 24 pins PALs)
-
- As for AIX, best bet is to get PALASM which is written in FORTRAN to
- compile under your environment. I have seen the Commodore Amiga version
- with full FORTRAN source around. Email me if you really want to get that
- .
