- for those of you who live in residence halls and daily eat there, try this:

- To make a homemade lava lamp, pour a glass of mountain dew (any
- carbonated beverage will work, but the yellow is a neat effect), and
- sprinkle a few Bacos on top. After a few moments, the bacos will
- begin to alternately drop to the bottom of the glass from weight, then
- rise again when enough carbon dioxide gas is deposited on their surface.
- I have found that this not only entertains your friends but lasts for
- quite a long time (perfect for parties!)
