  21. Thanks Jim.  The same may be said of any educational or research facility.
  22. People living in glass houses and all that stuff applies.

  24. STScI is the science data analysis center for all HST science data.  Engineering
  25. telemetry goes to Goddard and science data comes here.  We also have lots of
  26. people here who work with Guest Observers on all stages of their proposals
  27. (Science Planning Branch, User Support Branch, etc...) and a lot of ongoing
  28. effort in software development.

  30. STScI is a NASA owned facility located on the campus of Johns Hopkins University
  31. in Baltimore.  It is managed by AURA.  Isn't Penn State an AURA member?
