- STScI is the science data analysis center for all HST science data. Engineering
- telemetry goes to Goddard and science data comes here. We also have lots of
- people here who work with Guest Observers on all stages of their proposals
- (Science Planning Branch, User Support Branch, etc...) and a lot of ongoing
- effort in software development.

- STScI is a NASA owned facility located on the campus of Johns Hopkins University
- in Baltimore. It is managed by AURA. Isn't Penn State an AURA member?
