  25. Add the FAA to the bozo list.  A couple years ago at Snohomish we had 
  26. the local FAA folks flying their King Air in not-very-big circles around 
  27. our student field at 3000 ft WHILE we were dropping loads from 10k!  When 
  28. manifest finally contacted them they claimed that they were just watching 
  29. our operation.
