- Thanks to all who have posted responses to my questions. I have
- abother one. If a person has shin splints, is it okay/safe to run.
- Assumming that you are doing exercises to strengthen the muscles on the
- front of the legs, can you still run? Also, for these strengthening
- exercises, how long should one expect it to take for the exercises to
- have an affect combatting the shin splints.
