- as I got it, shin splints occur
-
- 1. if you switch bedding, for example during spring and autumn
- 2. if you change technique or get new shoes
- 3. if you perform intensive training on rough bedding
- 4. if you run on your toes or with your feet pointing outwards
- 5. if your feet are weak
- 6. if you're using spiked shoes, that might be a reason enough
