- I would disagree here, in emphasis at least.
- Read the article in RW a few months back titled
- "white men can't run." It gives a biomechanical basis for the different
- performances of (1)white (2)west african blacks and (3)east/north
- african blacks. The facts presented in that article are somewhat
- scientific and one can conclude from them that there definitely is a
- biomechanical (and, thus, genetic) difference between these three people
- groups athletically. The point that is still not settled AT ALL is the
- EXTENT that this affects performance. Maybe it only makes a small
- difference compared to culture, national emphasis, oportunity, etc. and
- maybe not.
