  14. as a matter of fact, i believe it is a federal crime to tamper with
  15. mailboxes.

  17. in any case, i had another idea, but i believe i accidentally sent it
  18. via email when i was up late last night. (sorry!)
  19. it involves gluing some flint to the metal grating that keeps the box shut,
  20. or even to the lip of the box itself.  when someone pulls the lid open,
  21. welcome spark, which ignites the H2 (drano+aluminum->H2 again)
