  18. I teach my students both of these techniques.  I would say that it
  19. should be perfectly legal, *as long as it isn't too forceful*.  What
  20. does that mean?  Well, if it's more like a push, it's okay.  If it
  21. becomes a strong kick to the back or leg, then it's illegal.
