  13. It's legal to sell venison in Texas, and probably other states too.

  15. The catch here is that it has to be farm-raised, not taken as game.

  17. I've seen it for sale in health-food stores in Austin for some 
  18. outrageous price (~ $10/pound for frozen burgers, I think).
