  30. Yes, it is legal.  I don't have to go to any black market dealers
  31. or "score" any venison on a street corner!  ;-)

  33. My local supplier is Czimer's meat, and he's been in the business
  34. for years.  On my last visit, he had bear, lion, wild turkey, wild
  35. goose, pheasant, rabbit, caribou, reindeer, and wild hog.  Most of
  36. the stuff is very pricy, but you can get what you want.  He even
  37. advertises in the local paper.  I picked up two dozen pheasant
  38. drumsticks at .79 per pound, and after they soak in my special
  39. teriaki sauce and slow cook over an applewood fire, I figure they
  40. have a half-life of about 10 seconds during the superbowl.

  42. I sure wish I could have stocked my freezer this year with some
  43. nice venison, rabbit and pheasant.  I'm so tired of the limited
  44. selection at the local grocery stores!
