  60. We will sell ordinary firearms to Texas residents.  Our fee is 5%, with
  61. a $40 minimum and $100 maximum.  A 50% deposit is required before we
  62. will place an order.

  64. We also handle NFA transfers to qualified individuals in Texas.  There
  65. is a $100 non-refundable application fee for all NFA transfers.  The
  66. application fee is applied to the weapon's price upon appoval of the
  67. transfer by the NFA Branch of the BATF.  Our fee for NFA transfers is
  68. 10% with a $100 minimum and $300 maximum.  Orders for NFA weapons must
  69. be paid in full and in advance.  As usual, all NFA rules apply.
