- be confined to a shotgun. Maybe a long-barrelled one, at a
- pinch. I'd definitely prefer a medium-to-big caliber rifle
- (preferably semi-auto). A 30/30 or an 8mm, but not a magnum
- caliber.

- To me, as a defense tool, a shotgun is mainly a near-to-medium
- range weapon. I have no experience with shotguns for distances
- over 25 meters, but I expect the accuracy to be less than useful.
