  13. I just ordered a Colt CAR AR-15 A2 in .223.
  14. Colt has changed their policy requiring a Police letterhead for purchase.
  15. Now "legitimate stocking law-enforcement dealers" can buy 1 CAR in .223 and 1
  16. 9mm CAR for a one-time deal only. Thedealer price is $699 and $659 respectively.
  17. For any dealers out there who qualify, I would jump and jump quickly.
